Yes everyone is talking about it and the one thing that I waited for was to see Princess Kate's wedding dress! It looked amazing! I also enjoyed seeing princess Diana's wedding clips and comparing one dress to the other. One thing that I heard and loved was that Kate did her own make up for the wedding. She said she wanted Prince William to recognize her on their special day.

spring must haves

70's

Fashion trends go in cycles, and this spring is definitely all about the revival of the ’70s. As seen on the runway, on celebs, and in the streets, this trend is all about maxi skirts and dresses, loud prints, peasant tops, wide leg jeans, and platform shoes.

color blocking

A popular trend seen on the Spring 2011 runways was color blocking. But the colors designers used were not your ordinary neutrals. Instead, they chose bold shades of pink, blue, green, orange, yellow, and more. This trend is all about the brights!

harem pants

These pants confuse me but I see them everywhere! They look extremely edgy and fashion-forward but are still really comfortable, a combination that I find truly perfect. The best part about them is that they’re easier to style than you would initially think.

Just this past week was Toms no shoes day, did you participate? It was to raise awareness of those in other countries who aren't as privileged as us who have shoes. Toms has a "one for one" deal, with every purchase of Toms the company will provide someone with a pair of Toms in a 3rd world country who cant afford shoes. That is what I like to call style with a purpose.
